APPLEOCITY is an independent Bangladeshi retailer of authentic Apple products. We are not Apple Inc., and Apple® and all related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Product warranty is provided under Apple's official warranty terms, facilitated by APPLEOCITY.

All orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. An order is accepted only after our confirmation call. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with immediate notice and full refund of any payment made.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include all discounts shown. Prices may change without notice due to currency and market fluctuations, but confirmed orders are always honored at the confirmed price.

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh via insured, trackable courier. Estimated timelines (Dhaka 24 hours, nationwide 2–4 business days) are typical but not guaranteed, as courier delays can occur. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial purposes, or place fraudulent orders. All site content, including the APPLEOCITY brand and design, is our intellectual property.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
