Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains exactly when you can get a replacement or refund — written in plain language, because that's how trust works.

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or dead-on-arrival, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery — including free pickup from your address.

To qualify, contact us within 7 days with your order ID and a photo or video of the issue. The product must include its original box and all accessories.

2. Returns of Unopened Products

Changed your mind? Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund minus the delivery cost.

Once a sealed Apple product's box is opened, it cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund (this protects every customer's guarantee of receiving a truly new device), but warranty coverage always applies.

3. How Refunds Are Paid

Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

4. Inspect Before You Pay

With Cash on Delivery, you may inspect the sealed box and verify the serial number at checkcoverage.apple.com before handing over payment. If anything looks wrong, simply decline the delivery — no cost to you.

5. What's Not Refundable

Products damaged after delivery through accident or misuse, products with tampered serial numbers, and items missing original accessories or packaging are not eligible for replacement or refund. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects are always handled separately at no cost.
